* Add ContractCallRequestV1 and specify old rpc use that

* Add back getGas

* Port jg-ContractsApi-v2 (#5330)

* There is no 'ContractCallRequestV1', only 'ContractCallRequest'

* api.tx.contracts.call.meta no version field, _isOldWeight still work?
