Jeremías Díaz 5df22835f6 fix: make bn.js into a regular dependency (#1876) 
Since `AbstractInt` is exposing `toBn(): BN` which uses `bn.js` types,
projects using polkadot are forced to install `@types/bn.js` on their own,
otherwise they get compilation errors
