## What changed

- Use the standard automatic test environment for plugin list, install, and
  uninstall app-server tests.
- Keep the bundled stdio MCP test host-local because its fixture is a local
  executable.
- Strengthen that test to verify the bundled server initializes and exposes
  its `echo` tool.
