Show subagent navigation shortcuts in TUI help (#53153)

## What changed

Add `Alt+Left` / `Alt+Right` to the shortcut overlay's Session group as “Subagents (empty prompt)”, using the existing previous/next agent binding labels.

## Testing

Update shortcut help snapshots for narrow and wide layouts, configured bindings, and running sessions to include the new entry.
