doc(testnet): present the node by its public testnet.buh.fm identity

Browse Source 
Drop slartibartfast / *.kosherinata.internal naming from the roster and the
peer-trust example — port-forwarding is live at testnet.buh.fm:31415, and
other operators shouldn't have to parse one operator's internal conventions.
