The post-quantum-only change is a breaking one for every consumer. The keyring and util-crypto surfaces both shrink, so it gets its own version rather than a republish of quantus.2. @quantus/crypto moves to ^0.3.0, the version the extension already resolves (wormhole addresses and nullifiers), so the two share one copy of the WASM.
