Move primitive/Extrinsic -> extrinsic (#1905)

* Move primitive/Extrinsic -> extrinsic

* mv primitive/Generic -> generic

* Update registry with BitVec

* ove BitVec back to primitive

* Remove unused import

* Rebuild interfaces
