## What changed

Build a `SandboxExecRequest` before applying backend-specific command wrapping. Extract Linux wrapping into `wrap_linux` and route Windows restricted-token requests through `prepare_legacy_windows_request`. Return unsandboxed requests before preparing native sandbox paths.
