Rennie b0a9dcb843 Refactor tool telemetry product SKU matching to use an allowlist (#47757) ...

## What changed

Use `KNOWN_PRODUCT_SKUS` in `SessionTelemetry::with_product_sku`, preserving the existing mapping: `codex` stays `codex`, missing or empty values omit the label, and all other values become `other`.

Remove the registry test `dispatch_uses_the_invoking_turn_product_sku` and its unused imports.
