Reuse connected backends in the in-app resume picker ( #58280 ) ...
## What changed
- List sessions from listening backends and the displayed session's backend using their existing connections.
- Give picker views distinct request ID namespaces while keeping connection ownership and event handling with the live sessions.
- Start multi-backend listings without a working-directory filter, since local and remote workspaces cannot share a single path filter.
## Testing
Add coverage for distinct picker request IDs, preserving the live event stream after picker shutdown, listing all providers after a provider switch while retaining the remote working-directory filter, and clearing the pending cursor when a source fails late.
