jif 9da07658e2 Move agent message-board backend construction into the extension (#58986) ...

## What changed

Add `BoardBackend` so the core adapter selects the configured backend and supplies a `MessageBoardHost`, while the extension opens MCP, connected, remote, in-memory, and local boards at thread startup.

Move remote credential handling, HTTP client construction, and backend installation into `codex-agent-message-board-extension`, preserving existing notification delivery semantics.
