Dmitriy Kovalenko d940fb21f3 Truncate input text in protocol debug output (#49415 )

## What changed

Use `derive_more::Debug` for `ContentItem` and `UserInput` to limit debug formatting of `ContentItem::InputText` and `UserInput::Text` to a prefix of at most 512 bytes, ending at a UTF-8 character boundary. Append the full text length in bytes to each preview.

codex-protocol

This crate defines the "types" for the protocol used by Codex CLI, which includes both "internal types" for communication between codex-core and codex-tui, as well as "external types" used with codex app-server.

This crate should have minimal dependencies.

Ideally, we should avoid "material business logic" in this crate, as we can always introduce Ext-style traits to add functionality to types in other crates.
