Felipe Coury d7c78b3d06 fix(tui): keep ansi16 diff rendering foreground-only ...

Restrict diff line and light-gutter background tints to rich color levels
(truecolor and ansi256). ANSI-16 now consistently renders add/delete
content with foreground cues only.

This keeps syntax-highlighted ANSI-16 output readable in terminals where
bright add/delete backgrounds overpower token colors.
