## What changed

Emit `Idle`, `Working`, or `Waiting` with colored indicators through iTerm2's `OSC 21337` session status protocol. Pending user action takes precedence over running tasks and background processes.

Limit emission to direct iTerm2 TTY sessions without a terminal multiplexer. Deduplicate successful writes, refresh status after terminal handoffs and resume, and clear status on suspension and exit.

## Testing

Add coverage for lifecycle transitions, protocol encoding, terminal detection, write retries, deduplication, and re-emission after terminal handoffs.
