Eric Traut d2d196bd6a Remove analytics TUI snapshots (#46861) ...

## What changed

Remove analytics snapshot assertions, saved snapshots, and snapshot-only setup and serialization code. Retain targeted behavior and rendering assertions, and add explicit checks for narrow-screen dollar amounts, negative usage values, metric selection, and summary scrolling.
