- Parse shell-escaped paths via shlex and unescape backslashes
- Recognize and percent-decode file:// URLs
- Prefer existing .png/.jpg/.jpeg file paths over clipboard bitmap
- Keep ~/ expansion and quoting handling
- Fix composer tests to pass placeholder_text to ChatComposer::new
