victor-openai 05de935205 Expose declared onboarding skills in plugin details (#46544 )

## What changed

Add an optional `onboardingSkill` summary to `plugin/read` responses and update the generated schemas, TypeScript types, and Python models.

- Resolve local declarations from `extensions["com.openai"].onboardingSkill`, accepting relative paths with or without `./`. Require the resolved path to stay within the plugin root and match a loaded skill.
- Match remote release metadata's `onboarding_skill_name` against the plugin's skills.
- Return the summary only when the plugin and matching visible skill are enabled; remote plugins must also be available. Otherwise, return `null`.

## Testing

Add parameterized local and remote `plugin/read` tests covering matching, missing, and unmatched declarations, disabled plugins and skills, and unavailable remote plugins.

OpenAI Codex Python SDK

Build Python applications that start Codex threads, run turns, stream progress, and control workspace access.

Install

Install the SDK:

pip install openai-codex

Quickstart

The SDK reuses your existing Codex authentication when one is already available:

from openai_codex import Codex

with Codex() as codex:
    thread = codex.thread_start()
    result = thread.run("Explain this repository in three bullets.")
    print(result.final_response)

thread.run(...) returns a TurnResult containing the final response, collected items, and token usage.

Authentication

Existing Codex authentication is reused automatically. To start ChatGPT browser login explicitly:

    login = codex.login_chatgpt()

For device-code login:

with Codex() as codex:
