Expand OpenAI Docs migration guidance to the GPT-6 model family ( #51768 ) ...
## What changed
Update the bundled `openai-docs` references to cover GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol, GPT-6 Sol, and GPT-6 Luna with model-specific reasoning, tool-calling, parameter, and data residency guidance.
Require verification of the exact target's availability and compatibility, preserve explicitly requested models, and use live guidance for model selection. Replace fixed role mappings with verified targets and clarify when to load migration and prompting fallbacks.
