## Why

Automatic Git marketplace upgrades can repeatedly check out the same revision only to reject it because its manifest name differs from the configured marketplace name.

## What changed

Cache name mismatch rejections and reuse the error when the configured name, source hash, ref, sparse paths, and remote revision are unchanged. Store the cache outside the checkout without persisting the source URL.

Manual upgrades bypass the cache. Only cache rejections when the checked-out revision matches the queried remote revision and the manifest paths contain no symlinks, since symlink targets can change without a new commit.

## Testing

Add a regression test covering skipped repeat checkouts, manual retries, ref changes at the same revision, and successful recovery after a new revision restores the configured name.
