jif bbf57cec15 Avoid full image decoding for original-detail context estimates (#59908) 
Read inline image dimensions with `ImageReader::into_dimensions` instead of
loading the full image into memory. Keep the existing patch-based estimate
and fallback when dimensions cannot be read.
