## Why

Unarchiving a thread previously read rollout metadata across both active and archived history, including unrelated threads.

## What changed

Use `RolloutReferenceIndex::scan_archived_threads` to restrict discovery to archived files whose canonical filenames match the requested thread. Continue validating ownership through session metadata and include compressed and reverted rollouts.

## Testing

Add coverage for compressed and replacement archived rollouts, metadata ownership mismatches, unrelated filenames, and exclusion of active rollouts.
