## Why

Switching threads stopped the active voice conversation. Users should be able to view another task while continuing the call on its original thread.

## What changed

- Retain the voice owner's live widget and subscription in the background, routing voice controls, speech, and connection callbacks to that owner.
- Restore the live call and transcript when returning to its thread, without duplicating captions or letting background UI events affect the visible task.
- Preserve undelivered speech and defer background errors until the owning thread is shown.
- Stop background voice on shutdown, disconnect, or removal of the owning session.

## Testing

Extend regression and end-to-end coverage for thread switching during delegated speech, voice control routing, transcript restoration, caption deduplication, and cleanup on disconnect or archive/delete.
