goodman-oai a3d93e1e69 Make the code mode yield/resume test yield explicitly between phases (#56236) ...

Add `yield_control()` after phase 2 in
`code_mode_can_yield_and_resume_with_wait` so the intermediate output is
returned explicitly. Increase both `wait` calls' `yield_time_ms` from 1,000
to 10,000 to allow more time for each phase to produce its output.
