jif 82461c9990 Remove redundant test coverage (#42069 )

## What changed

- Remove standalone TUI configuration tests whose defaults or parsing paths are
  already covered by broader configuration tests.
- Remove a duplicate JSON-result test that invoked the same model as the
  retained test.
- Remove a service-tier test whose `None` input case is already asserted by
  the neighboring filtering test.

codex-protocol

This crate defines the "types" for the protocol used by Codex CLI, which includes both "internal types" for communication between codex-core and codex-tui, as well as "external types" used with codex app-server.

This crate should have minimal dependencies.

Ideally, we should avoid "material business logic" in this crate, as we can always introduce Ext-style traits to add functionality to types in other crates.
