Hide reasoning summary settings in /status for server connections ( #49145 ) ...
## What changed
Omit the reasoning summaries setting from the model details when connected to a remote server or local background server. Continue displaying it when no server connection is present.
## Testing
Expand status snapshots to cover no server connection, a remote server, and a local background server, including the reasoning summary setting visibility in each case.
