Feedback uploads collect rollouts for the requested thread and its
complete agent subtree. A long-running thread on macOS had 1,224
rollout files totaling 107.2 GiB, so collecting attachments exhausted
memory before the upload could complete. The Sentry transport then
serializes the envelope into another contiguous buffer, doubling the
pressure.

Limit subtree collection to the requested thread plus three
descendants. Read at most 2 MiB from the tail of each file-backed
attachment and 8 MiB total. Record the original subtree size in
feedback tags so truncated reports remain diagnosable.
