Charlie Marsh 8508f26699 Preserve terminal input during startup

Keep normal terminal settings during slow startup, then capture bounded printable input when the TUI activates so early typing reaches the composer without swallowing signals or corrupting output. Flush captured input on startup prompts and failures, and suppress delayed Enter until thread and MCP startup are complete.
