Avoid reconnect races in the daemon restart test ( #53969 ) ...
## Why
PTY reads can split a redraw while the reconnect notice is temporarily erased. The test can then submit `/status` before reconnection finishes, when Enter is suppressed.
## What changed
Make the `discovered` daemon startup test inspect only completed synchronized terminal updates. Type `/status` separately from Enter and wait for its command popup before submitting. Gate both inputs on a replacement daemon PID and the absence of the reconnect notice.
