## What changed

- Add an “Add custom provider” entry to the provider picker and an “Edit configuration” action for editable providers.
- Provide forms for custom gateway names, base URLs, and API key environment variable names, plus supported Bedrock and GCP settings.
- Validate required fields, suggest environment variable names from the provider catalog, and preserve drafts when validation or saving fails.
- Save configuration through the connected app server, write only changed fields, and refresh the provider list after saving. For uncertain creation results, ask users to check the list before adding the provider again.

## Testing

Add editor tests for validation, draft recovery, Vim input, and patches that preserve unchanged authentication settings. Add an integration test covering the edit action and custom provider creation while preserving the default provider, with snapshots of the new UI.
