## What changed

- Advance the pinned `tokio-tungstenite` and `tungstenite` fork revisions and update the Cargo and Bazel lockfiles.
- Use `OAuthCredentialsStore::File` in the gateway credential test to avoid spending the model discovery deadline on keyring-backed decryption.
