Record turn critical path metrics and trace fields ( #58980 ) ...
## What changed
- Add critical path capture status and duration fields to `codex.turn_profile` traces.
- Emit capture counts for complete and incomplete profiles, and total and component duration histograms for complete profiles, tagged by product SKU and reasoning effort. Record metrics once per turn timing state and skip disabled captures.
- Extend critical path histogram boundaries up to two hours to cover long turns.
## Testing
Add coverage for duplicate reporting, disabled and incomplete captures, product SKU normalization, trace fields, component durations, and extended histogram boundaries.
