## Why

Pressing `Esc` in the memory reset confirmation could also close the memories settings popup instead of returning to it.

## What changed

Stop forwarding `Esc` to a view's key handler when its cancellation handler has already handled the event, even if the view remains open.

## Testing

Extend the memory reset confirmation test to verify that the first `Esc` returns to settings and the second closes the popup.
