Dylan HurdandCodex 5b47d505b8 Fix permission profile CI failures ...

Preserve the Linux sandbox helper alias in core tests when it is already available, and compare persisted filesystem permission paths using platform-neutral config strings so Windows CI handles POSIX-style test paths correctly.
