## What changed

- Stack integral limits above and below the integral in top-level display math, while keeping compact limits in lists and blockquotes.
- Render `pmatrix` environments with centered cells and scalable Unicode parentheses, aligning surrounding math to the matrix midpoint.
- Require spatial layouts, including single-row matrices, to fit the available width; preserve the source when they cannot fit or appear in nested Markdown.

## Testing

Add snapshots for integral limits and matrices, narrow-width fallback assertions, and rejection tests for ragged matrices and mismatched environment endings.
