## What changed Bundle the started thread, configuration, and local settings in `PreparedFreshSession`, and move session activation into `adopt_fresh_session`. The helper preserves input state, switches threads, applies settings, names the session, and attaches the chat widget with a caller-supplied presentation. `start_fresh_session` delegates to the helper with `ThreadAttachPresentation::Fresh`, preserving its existing behavior.
