felixxia-oai 2d86506823 Exercise retained sampling in Guardian transport tests (#56557 )

## Why

The transport tests used a separate, test-only snapshot sampler instead of the production retained sampler, leaving them exercising different response ownership and cancellation paths.

## What changed

Route the transport test helper through `sample_retained` and remove snapshot execution, its active-request supersession bookkeeping, and test-only compaction compatibility fields. Simplify request-token metrics to reflect the remaining admitted-request path.

## Testing

Update tests to verify early score delivery while the retained response remains pending, WebSocket cancellation and connection reuse, and HTTP cancellation before headers or during response draining. Assert that HTTP cancellation releases classification permits.
