## What changed

Add an integration test that verifies environment connection events follow the active turn's environment selection:

- A deselected remote environment emits no connection events for that thread.
- Thread startup and reselecting an already connected environment do not replay connection events.
- A reconnected environment notifies threads that select it without duplicate connection events.

Reuse the remote exec-server initialization helper to exercise reconnection.
