Read unified exec output directly from stdout and stderr ( #57191 ) ...
## What changed
Consume local stdout and stderr receivers directly with `tokio::select!`, removing the intermediate broadcast channel and its lag-related chunk skipping. Drain both streams until they close.
Pass `ExecOutputStream` through local and remote output collection to `OutputBuffers::push_chunk`, while retaining combined output buffers.
## Testing
Update output-buffer tests for the stream argument and exercise stderr chunks in pushed-event and replay test fixtures.
