Philipp Spiess 0ffae14a43 Add interactive controls and refresh inline visualization styles (#58436) 
## What changed

- Add tab switching with keyboard navigation and a `.viz-carousel` variant picker with previous/next controls and screen reader announcements.
- Support touch tooltip toggling and tooltip triggers inside shadow roots.
- Refresh typography, tables, buttons, and form controls; add widget and progress styles and larger touch targets.

## Testing

Add a viewer snapshot test covering embedded tab and carousel scripts, generated control markup, and selected CSS rules.
