## What changed - Disable default features for `sentry`. - Disable default features for `syntect`, explicitly enable `parsing`, `plist-load`, and `regex-onig`, and switch `two-face` to `syntect-onig` in `codex-rs/tui`. - Remove the resulting unused dependencies from the Cargo and Bazel lockfiles, including Actix, Sentry integrations, `ureq`, and `yaml-rust`.
