## What changed

Use retained root context for subagent authorization reviews, removing the separate legacy history path. Remove the runtime `request_user_input` answer buffer and its response counter; authorization versions now track the user-message revision and retained-context completeness.

## Testing

Update authorization and input-handler tests to exercise retained context, and add coverage for the `user_messaging` connector in subagent reviews.
