Michael Bolin 18bb25557c fix: use expected line ending in codex-rs/core/config.schema.json (#10977) ...

Fixes a line ending that was altered in https://github.com/openai/codex/pull/10861.

This is breaking the release due to:

https://github.com/openai/codex/blob/a118494323a46c2e7181fb7b0a7c19178fba6578/.github/workflows/rust-release.yml#L54-L55

This PR updates the test to check for this so we should catch it in CI (or when running tests locally):
