## What changed

Allow `skills.read` and `skills.installations` to resolve visible skills by their full display name or the truncated name returned by `skills.list`. Preserve package locator and alias precedence, merged installation locations, and source filtering.

Reject ambiguous names with guidance to use `skills.list` and pass the intended package locator. Hidden and disabled skills remain unavailable through name lookup.

## Testing

Add regression coverage for name resolution, package and alias precedence, truncated UTF-8 names, merged locations, source filters, and ambiguous names.
