Show unread results in the TUI command center ( #58263 ) ...
## What changed
- Display blue filled dots for unread results and gray hollow dots for read idle tasks, preserving status text on narrow rows.
- Load unread state with thread listings and update markers from read-state notifications and refreshes.
- Acknowledge the observed receipt revision when a conversation is rendered in a focused, unobstructed view, including read-only snapshots, without clearing newer results.
## Testing
Extend rendering snapshots and tests for stale unread markers and read-only snapshot receipts.
