## Why

An async question notification can outlive its unanswered question and suppress the lower-priority turn completion notification.

## What changed

Clear pending `AsyncQuestion` notifications when collecting question drafts on completion, interruption, or failure, including the error-handling path. Completed turns can then queue their completion notification.

## Testing

Add regression coverage for all three turn outcomes and assertions for error handling and completion after dropped message deltas.
