## Why
Embedded app-server sessions disabled task tools and exposed only worktree tools through MCP, preventing tasks from using tools such as `set_thread_title`.
## What changed
- Expose task tools and available worktree tools together under the `codex_tui` MCP namespace, replacing the embedded session's `codex_worktrees` namespace.
- Allow embedded sessions to dispatch `codex_tui` dynamic tools when MCP is not configured, while retaining the MCP requirement for delegation tools.
- Persist local task-tool reference capabilities for embedded sessions as well.
## Testing
Update coverage for embedded dynamic-tool namespace dispatch and task-tool availability after starting and resuming threads. Extend the model-driven worktree test to rename another task through `set_thread_title` and snapshot the combined MCP tool set.

## Why
Events from another backend must not mutate the current backend's thread or connection state, even when native thread IDs collide.
## What changed
Attach the session's `BackendId` to incoming app-server events and check it before dispatching to thread caches or UI handlers. Apply the same check when waiting for a thread revert notification.
## Testing
Add regression tests covering ignored foreign notifications, approval requests, lag and disconnect events, accepted events from the current backend, and preservation of backend identity on transport events.

## What changed
- Remove feature-flag checks from managed worktree creation and repository-aware session discovery, while retaining local workspace and trust checks.
- Make TUI voice availability follow platform support instead of `features.realtime_conversation`.
- Ignore `features.worktrees` and `features.realtime_conversation` configuration overrides, warn when managed requirements reference them, and hide both flags from `/experimental`, including catalogs from older servers.
## Testing
Add coverage for ignored configuration overrides and managed requirements, and update session filtering, worktree grouping, and experimental feature discovery tests for the retired flags.

## Why
Large test futures can occupy their caller's stack frame even when passed directly to `Box::pin`.
## What changed
- Add a non-inlined `box_future` helper and `boxed_future!` macro to construct and box futures outside the caller's poll frame. Use them for heavyweight TUI fixtures and test scenarios.
- Return the shared `App` fixture as `Box<App>` to keep it on the heap.
- Treat `ConnectionAborted` as a closed connection in the realtime speech test server, alongside `BrokenPipe` and `ConnectionReset`.

## What changed
Expose `create_worktree`, `get_worktree_creation_status`, and `list_worktrees` through MCP when the worktrees feature is enabled for a trusted local project and attachment storage is available. Support both embedded and local daemon sessions.
Create worktrees asynchronously and attach them to the requesting task, with ownership and attachments retained across restarts. Default to the repository's remote default branch unless `ref` is supplied. Keep the task's working directory and execution environment unchanged, and leave uncommitted source changes in place.
Reject creation in ephemeral side conversations and explicitly untrusted source projects, reuse pending operations, and reject configured MCP servers that conflict with the TUI tools namespace.
## Testing
Add integration and model-request snapshot coverage for creation, polling, listing, attachment persistence across restart, task isolation, trust checks, namespace conflicts, and worker failure reporting.
