Felipe Coury 21c1616119 Support Command/Super shortcuts in the TUI keymap (#53754)
## What changed

- Accept `super` modifiers and normalize `cmd` and `command` aliases to `super`. Support capturing, displaying, and using these bindings in shortcuts, chords, and leaders.
- Add `super-left`, `super-right`, and `super-backspace` editor defaults for moving to the start or end of a line and deleting to its start.
- Honor safe Super-modified editor shortcuts during startup without treating them as text or inserting a pending paste newline.
- Save keymap edits through `config/value/write` when connected to a local daemon so it can validate bindings before they are saved or applied. Preserve the configuration and active keymap if the daemon rejects the edit.

## Testing

Add coverage for modifier aliases, shortcut capture and labels, chords and leaders, line editing, startup input, and daemon acceptance or rejection of keymap edits. Extend the startup PTY test with Command editing sequences.

Felipe Coury a3f3b44cd8 Add configurable persistent leader shortcuts to the TUI (#52273)
## What changed

- Add `tui.keymap.global.leader`, defaulting to `ctrl-x`, and symbolic bindings such as `leader c` that follow the configured prefix. The default prefix yields to existing custom shortcuts and chord prefixes.
- Keep leader shortcut hints open until completion or cancellation, while ordinary chords retain their one-second timeout. Pressing `esc` or repeating the leader cancels the pending shortcut.
- Add leader configuration and a `Use leader...` capture option to `/keymap`, with resolved shortcut labels and conflict validation.
- Cancel pending chords when input targets change, on paste or focus loss, and on mouse actions other than movement.
- Move the default voice mute shortcut from `ctrl-x` to `f9` and update its tests and displayed hints.

Felipe Coury 7f6c0f9387 Refresh the TUI welcome screen for new sessions (#48513)
## What changed

- Show a compact session header with a randomly selected greeting, preserving the greeting and blossom state from startup into the live session.
- Center a settled blossom in unused fullscreen space and replay its animation on click. Hide it while typing or when space is insufficient, and respect `tui.animations` and `tui.effects.welcome`.
- Hide startup tips in the fullscreen transcript while retaining them in terminal scrollback, and prevent hidden entries from shifting the first visible header.
- Keep the composer visible and responsive during daemon startup, routing startup diagnostics through tracing while direct lifecycle commands retain stderr output.

## Testing

Add regression tests and update snapshots for blossom placement and click replay, welcome opt-outs, greeting stability, startup transitions, tip visibility, and transcript spacing.

Charlie Marsh 90b67c96ca Use Tokio's clock for TUI paste timing (#47881)
## Why

Paste input classification and asynchronous flush deadlines need to share a clock, including when Tokio time is paused in tests.

## What changed

Use Tokio's clock for chat composer paste timing and startup draft newline tracking, converting to `std::time::Instant` where existing composer helpers require it.

## Testing

Run the existing startup draft multiline paste test with `start_paused = true`. It checks that non-bracketed pastes preserve newlines without submitting the draft.

Eric Traut 9ed1b74699 Preserve startup drafts and submit them when the session is ready (#46750)
## Why

The startup composer accepted edits but ignored submission. Its first frame also preceded configured screen settings, and startup failures could leave typed text unavailable.

## What changed

- Honor configured submit bindings during startup, retaining one confirmation until the session and protected input screens are ready. Repeated submit keys do not duplicate the message; edits, `Esc`, disconnects, or destination changes cancel confirmation while preserving the draft.
- Apply local screen, status-line, keymap, and paste settings before the first editable frame. Anchor the composer at the bottom in owned-screen mode and retain the loading frame until resumed history is ready to render.
- Keep an in-memory recovery copy through submission acknowledgment. On startup failure, restore the terminal before printing unsent text, expanding paste placeholders and escaping terminal control characters.

## Testing

Add regression coverage for deferred single submission, configured key chords, cancellation, protected input, paste handling, draft recovery, initial screen settings, and loading-frame handoff, plus a startup layout snapshot.
