#4 step 2, miner half. Do not merge before quantus/miner#12 has merged and its first deploy-mode run on main is green; until then this repo still owns the miner on benjy and quadbrat.

What changed

deploy.yaml: deploy-miner job removed, along with the miner download in fetch, the MINER_VERSION pin and the miner_version dispatch input. deploy-metrics now needs only deploy-node. SCRAPE_MINERS stays and must agree with quantus/miner's deploy matrix; validate metrics still asserts every target is up, which is the drift check.
script/infra-setup.sh: miner role removed. It lives in quantus/miner deploy/infra-setup.sh, where the deploy's sudoers preflight reads it. The gpu, node, metrics and edge roles are unchanged, so the GPU power limits and nvidia metrics on the mining hosts still come from here.
asset/: the miner unit, sysusers, firewalld service and env template removed; they moved verbatim to quantus/miner deploy/.
readme.md, CLAUDE.md: point at the new owner for host assignments and upgrades.

Merging this triggers this repo's deploy (the workflow file changed). That run must find the node untouched and the metrics targets up, including both miners now deployed by quantus/miner.

The node half of #4 (quantus/chain#2) is not in this PR.

retire deploy-miner: the miner now deploys from quantus/miner 03962edf76

lair/quantus#4 step 2 (miner half). quantus/miner#12 deploys the miner from
that repo's main on every push, with its own validate and rollback, and owns
the miner role of infra-setup (deploy/infra-setup.sh there). Two deployers
for one host would flip the binary on every run, so this one stops.

- deploy.yaml: drop the deploy-miner job, the miner download in fetch, the
  MINER_VERSION pin and miner_version input; deploy-metrics needs only
  deploy-node. SCRAPE_MINERS stays and must agree with quantus/miner's
  matrix; `validate metrics` still asserts every target is up.
- infra-setup.sh: drop the miner role. gpu, node, metrics, edge unchanged.
- asset/: remove the miner unit, sysusers, firewalld service and env
  template (moved verbatim to quantus/miner deploy/).
- readme, CLAUDE: point at the new owner.
