Copilot 0eff4bf2ee feat(hub): support opt-in hardened Admin and notification images ...

Retain default Admin port 80 while allowing 8080 and explicit container security settings. Add notification-only pod and container contexts without changing its provider or FFmpeg contract. Cover routing, tmpfs, TLS, identity, default preservation and per-component isolation.
