helexa is the project; cortex (per-operator control plane / LLM proxy) and neuron (per-host LLM harness) are its components. The Gitea repo is now helexa/helexa. Update repository URLs in Cargo metadata, RPM specs, and docs; make the CI changelog push URL rename-proof via the github.repository context; reframe README.md and CLAUDE.md around the project name.
